Output has increased to 75%, with London slightly behind at 68%.
Members that include housing in their portfolios revealed that 67% of housing sites in England and Wales are open, with output at 65% — a stark improvement from only 29% four weeks ago.

In Scotland, however, only 19% of projects are said to be running, with output at 22%.
The organisation said its contractor members are beginning to bring workers back from furlough, and stated that, this week, on average, 22% of their workforce are now furloughed, down from 30% four weeks ago.
From 26th May, large businesses will be able to borrow up to £200m through the Coronavirus Large Business Interruption Loan Scheme after the government increased the maximum loan size from £50m.
